General Management Fee $89/ monthly (Lowest in the industry)
Owner Booking Fee $35/ each booking
Home Cleaning per clean (A)
3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath $85.00
4 Bedroom/ 2 Bath $95.00
5 Bedroom/ 3 Bath $105.00
6 Bedroom/ 3 Bath $115.00
7 Bedroom/ 3 Bath $125.00
*Each additional bathroom/ game room will incur a $5.00 charge.
*Renters to pay the cleaning if the booking is equal or shorter than 5 days
Trash Collection $0.00 Monthly
Pool Cleaning $100.00 Monthly (if applies)
Lawn Cutting $100.00 Monthly (if applies)
Marketing Fees Bundle (B)
$41.66 per Month ($300 initial setup of 360° virtual tour, professional photography, owner’s Weblink to our booking system Property Plus, Staging if necessary, $500 per year on-going basis)
Code requirements set-up fees $250.00 (Approx) Onetime if necessary
(i.e. pool signs, notice boards, pool alarms, etc…)
Annual Hotel License $175.00 Per Year
($310 for licensing new homes and $220 for expired licenses will be required if it applies)
Management Reserve (B) $1000.00 Per Home
Annual Occupation License $60.00 Per Year
A/C Filter Change and clear line $25 Per Quarter
Pest Control $30.00 Per Month (If applied for the exterior)
Note: Any jobs costing more than $150.00 will require owner approval prior to commencement, other than genuine emergencies.
A: Charges and fees are subject to change.
B: These fees and reserves are due upon contract signing ($800+$1000=$1800).
